Infinity Shuttle Service – Terms and Conditions of Use
All transportation services operated by Infinity Shuttle Service is subject to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the conditions of use listed below, and any future revisions and additions.

Reservations to or from the airport are valid only for the time and date specified. Infinity Shuttle Service is not responsible for customer error resulting in unused reservations or missed flights. When changing the pick up or drop off location of a reservation, rates are subject to change and additional charges may apply.
This service is a private, direct airport shuttle transportation service utilizing high-end sedans and SUVs. Executive Service renders exclusive use of the vehicle by up to 2 adults and up to 2 children under age 12. Additional passengers must pay an extra charge. For airport transfer “Meet and Greet” reservations from the airport, the driver will meet the customer immediately outside the arrivals area with an Infinity Shuttle Service placard. The driver will assist the customer with luggage and proceed to the parking area to board the vehicle.
Reservations are required for all Executive Service transportation services.
Door-to-Door, Shared-Ride Service
This service is a shared-ride transportation service utilizing buses, high-end sedans and SUVs. Passengers must pay an individual fare to ride. For airport transfer “Meet and Greet” reservations from the airport, the driver will meet the customer immediately outside the arrivals area with an Infinity Shuttle Service placard. The driver will assist the customer with luggage and proceed to the parking area to board the vehicle.
Short Notice Reservations
Short notice reservations are reservations made less than 24 hours prior to requested pickup times. We are unable to guarantee service availability or timely service for short notice reservations. Availability will depend on a variety of conditions, including pick up location, drop-off location, and current vehicle availability.
There are no refunds available for reservations made with less than 24 hours advance notice.
Reservation abandonment occurs when the driver cannot find the customer at the designated pick-up location and cannot reach customer for further instruction using the “Day of Travel” contact number provided.
Customers must pay at time of booking to secure advance reservations. Any charges processed at the time of booking are refundable following the terms outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
Phone- and web-based reservations have the option to receive an email confirmation with complete reservation and payment details.
Customer is responsible for providing accurate information at time of booking. When he/she provides information for travel, the customer agrees that the information will be accurate. Infinity Shuttle Service is not responsible for mistakes made by customers while using its official website.
Confirmation emails are provided at the time of online booking to allow customers to review details of their reservation in advance of the reservation. Reservation errors can be corrected by contacting Infinity Shuttle Service office at email@example.com; or +231 776953117 or +231 881953117.
Travel Times and Delays
Customers should be aware that traffic in Monrovia and on the Roberts International Airport highway can be quite voluminous. Therefore, Infinity Shuttle Service will recommend or schedule pick up times to allow adequate time for travel to the airport. It is the responsibility of customers when making online reservations to select pick up times that allow ample time for travel to the airport for departing flights. Infinity Shuttle Service is not responsible for significant delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Our drivers are trained to observe posted speed limits and transport customers in a safe manner. Drivers should not be asked by customers to drive faster than is safe.
Reservations can be cancelled at any time up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up for a refund. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your reservation number, name, and scheduled pick-up date and time. Cancellations can also be made by calling +231 (0) 776 953 117 or +231 (0) 881 953 117 up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup for a refund.
ISS will charge a $4.00 processing fee for each leg of a reservation that is cancelled at any time after booking.
For Credit Card Refunds: Once approved, a refund request is submitted within 24 hours, excluding weekends and national holidays. The refund is then completed by the customer’s financial institution. Customers should refer to their financial institution to check on status of refund.
Executive Service SUVs and sedans typically seat up to 4 passengers comfortably with limited luggage space. Oversized or excess luggage may require a second vehicle at additional cost. Executive service reservations include 2 adult passengers and 2 children under age 12. Additional charges are applicable for extra passengers.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Violators will be charged a $300 cleaning fee in the first instance. If a second offense occurs, Infinity Shuttle Service will terminate the reservation and disallow future reservations.
Traveling with Children
Infinity Shuttle Service welcomes the opportunity to serve our younger travelers when accompanied by a responsible adult. If making an online reservation, please indicate the number of children traveling so we can reserve a seat. As with airline travel, children are passengers and must have a paid ticket to travel.
Customers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult for the entire duration of the ride. Drivers may refuse service if a child is not old enough to ride alone and is without an adult.
Animals and Pets
Service animals are permitted in executive service vehicles. Customers are requested to inform Infinity Shuttle Service of accompanying service animals at the time of executive service reservation. In consideration of other passengers, service animals may not travel in shared ride vehicles.
Customers traveling with pets and other non-service animals must request and may receive permission at the time of reservation to travel with pets. Infinity Shuttle Service may request documents relating to your pet before granting permission for pet travel. Once permission is granted, all pets must be properly secured within a carrier at all times while traveling in the vehicle. Additional pet restrictions may apply.
