- How do I make a booking on your website?
From the ISS home page, complete reservation details (the site will guide you through the reservation process), enter payment information, and then submit your reservation. You will receive a confirmation via email within a few minutes. Keep your confirmation email and present it to your driver when you are being picked up. Making your reservation online is fast and convenient!
- Can I book and pay for my shared-ride airport shuttle ticket online?
At this time Shared-ride shuttle reservations and payments cannot be made online. We are working hard to make it possible or you to do so in the future.
- How can I make a group reservation?
Complete the group reservation request form on our website and one of our customer service representatives will contact you.

- How can I make a reservation and pay for my ride?
Executive Service (SUV) – Reservation and payment can be made via our website. QR code payment proceeding coming soon! Also at Infinity Shuttle Service office located on Tubman Blvd @ 12th St (beach side) , Sinkor, Monrovia. Shared-ride airport shuttle – Purchase your ticket at our ticket booth located immediately outside the terminal at Roberts International Airport, or at our office in Sinkor on Tubman Blvd @ 12th Street (beach side). We recommend that you make your reservation early to ensure your seat.
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?
If you have trouble locating your driver on arrival call our office numbers displayed at the bottom of your booking confirmation.
At the airport, you can also get assistance at our ticket booth located immediately outside the arrivals area.
- My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?
We will always do our best to accommodate changes. Contact us by email or phone at least 48 hours before your arrival. There may be an additional charge depending on the size of vehicle you require.
- What luggage entitlement will I have on the Shared-ride Shuttle?
Your airport shuttle fare includes two pieces of check-in luggage, one carry-on piece, and one personal piece, as per standard airline regulation. There is a $20 charge for each additional piece, regardless of size. At the time of reservation/ticket purchase, please let ISS customer service know of any additional pieces you have.
- Where will I meet my Executive Service driver when I arrive?
Our drivers will meet you immediately outside of the arrivals hall with a board with the lead passenger’s name.
The driver will:
1. show you his/her ISS identification card and driver’s license,
2. assist with your luggage if you desire
3. lead you to your vehicle
