    Infinity Shuttle Service was a pleasant surprise for me when I was in Monrovia recently, after 15 years -- along with my wife and teen-age daughter for the burial of my mother. Their service is superb; Mr. Johnson and his partner Patricia, along with their staff, are the epitome of customer service, professionalism, friendliness, and etiquette. Mr. Johnson breezed us through the immigration and customs protocols at the airport (RIA). WIFI on the bus? You can't beat that! During the ride to Monrovia we were able to face-time with our relatives and other children back in the US, and even wire money to the boys in college from my phone! Chartering a bus through them on the day of my mother's funeral also was a breeze. I am particularly gratified to see some my college school mates, classmates and students making such positive difference in our beloved Liberia. BRAVO to Pat and "JJ."

    This shuttle service is common around the world but new to Liberia. Congratulations Patricia for introducing this service. My concern is that most businesses in Liberia lack professional customer service and awareness. Therefore, sellers, service providers, and business owners talk to and treat their customers with disrespect, contempt, disregard, and as if they were doing customers a favor. Maybe you have visited one of these places in Liberia: a Lebanese store, a Fula convince shop, a Mandingo fitting shop, a cook bowl shop, market women tables, or a restaurant. If you did, perhaps you know the experience am talking about. But I hope that this new and modern shuttle service will raise high the professional customer service bar so that other business owners and operators in Liberia will be compelled to train their staff to learn and copy ISS's professional customer service standards. I hope a new day has come to Liberia when customers will be treated with respect.

We put our customers at the center of all the decisions we make and the service we provide. Staff training is also regular and ongoing.
